Anna Danchielli

  • PhD Student

Anna Danchielli is a first-year PhD student at the University of Lille, working within the PRISM Inserm U1192 laboratory. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Biology, which provided her with a solid foundation in biomedical and health sciences. Throughout her academic training and research experiences, Anna has developed strong expertise in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
She began her doctoral studies at the Doctoral School of Health Biology of Lille in 2025. Her research focuses on understanding the mechanisms of resistance of breast cancer cells to immunotherapies, with a particular emphasis on the role of the extracellular matrix (ECM) produced by tumor cells in shaping therapeutic response and contributing to immune evasion. Her work contributes to advancing knowledge on therapeutic resistance and exploring new avenues for breast cancer treatment.
