Conclusion of the Inserm 286 Workshop on Advanced Spatial and Single-Cell Omics at PRISM Lab

From December 1 to 4, 2025, the PRISM Laboratory (Inserm U1192) hosted the Inserm 286 practical workshop, dedicated to cutting-edge approaches in spatial omics, single-cell omics, and mass spectrometry imaging.

The final day marked the conclusion of an intensive and highly engaging training program covering MALDI imaging, multiplex MALDI imaging using the in-house Click & Detect technology, as well as bioinformatics approaches integrating artificial intelligence. Throughout the workshop, participants had the opportunity to combine theoretical foundations with hands-on practice, fostering both learning and scientific exchange in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

We warmly thank all participants for their enthusiasm, curiosity, and commitment throughout the workshop. Our sincere thanks also go to the dedicated PRISM team who made this practical course possible: Alexandre, Julien, Laurine, Léa, Soulaimane, Tristan, and Yanis.

This workshop once again highlights PRISM U1192 as a leading environment for training in advanced omics and mass spectrometry imaging technologies, where scientific excellence is combined with collaboration and enjoyment.
